If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.

We pack the products securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and keep it ready for pick up. We do not accept any returns for our products.

All refunds for damaged products will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product.
